Welcome to Advantage Cleaning Services! When you join our family, we’ll start by understanding your needs, your home, and your furry friends. Our goal is to create a lasting relationship and ensure that you never have to worry about cleaning again.
As a female-owned small business, we take pride in providing excellent job opportunities and giving back to our community. We are committed to delivering top-notch service that fits your lifestyle and makes your weekends and evenings more enjoyable.
Since we’re just getting to know each other, there are a few important things we want you to know about us. Communication is very important, so please let us know if you have any questions!
Important Information
Time Estimates: The initial time estimate is a guideline. While we aim to be accurate, we may need more time depending on your home’s condition. Please ensure your home is tidy and ready for cleaning. If extra time is required, we’ll notify you of additional costs. Alternatively, we can complete as much as possible within the original timeframe.
Scheduling and Arrival Times: We strive to stick to our schedule, but factors like traffic can affect arrival times. Morning appointments are from 8 AM. Be prepared for a flexible arrival window. For afternoon appointments, we can update you when our team is en route if requested.
Billing: We are a paperless business and require a credit or debit card on file. Payment is processed securely, and automatic billing occurs upon service completion.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We aim for your complete satisfaction. After each cleaning, we’ll conduct a walkthrough to address any concerns. If you can’t be present, notify us within 24 hours of any issues, and we’ll arrange a free touch-up.
Special Requests/Additions: Let us know about any special requests in advance so we can accommodate them.
Protecting Your Valuables: To prevent damage, secure valuables and fragile items. We won’t handle sensitive paperwork or documents. If accidents occur, we’ll inform you and discuss the best resolution.
Recurring Appointments: Recurring cleanings occur at the same time and day each week, biweekly, or monthly. Monthly appointments are based on a 4-week cycle.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before appointment.
Pets: We’re pet-friendly but cannot clean homes with aggressive pets. If needed, crate your pet or inform us if they are in areas we should avoid.
Property Access & Working Conditions: Ensure your property is accessible and has running hot water, electricity, and working toilets. If access is denied or utilities are unavailable, a 50% charge applies, and we’ll reschedule.
Safety and Limitations: We do not handle extensive bodily fluids, mold remediation, or other biohazards. We also do not perform deep cleaning behind heavy appliances or walls. For move-out cleanings, ensure the home is cleared of furniture and debris, and run the oven’s self-clean cycle beforehand.
Protecting Our Technicians: Our team is trained to maintain high standards and safety. Each cleaning technician signs a non-compete agreement that prohibits him or her from working directly with our clients. We ask that clients abide by this same measure. By accepting our service, you agree neither to solicit, directly or indirectly, nor hire any current or former Advantage Cleaning Services technician who has provided services to your home. We do not use ladders other than a small step ladder nor move any heavy items to protect us from injury.

Please be aware our team does take before and after photos of their work. We also work with a local photographer to often photograph our staff while working. First as a method of team building and accountability. We never take photos that include people or anything that would be personally identifiable.
